It was great experience ordering and getting it delivered -- the complete process. The design was shared before making to avoid any mistakes, which is really nice gesture. Got it on time, really soon for a custom product. Kudos to the whole team at True Silver. Though I expected a little less weight on the earrings. I really like heavy earrings to feel it, but that is not a deal breaker in anyway. The product is good, recommended, 9/10!
