How do I join The True Circle?
Create a TrueSilver account and you are in. There is no fee and no card. If you have ordered from us before, sign in with the same email and your past 90 days of orders are counted towards your first tier.
When do my Sparks show up?
Sparks for an order land once that order is fulfilled. Sparks for reviews, referrals, birthdays and social actions land as soon as the action is confirmed.
Where can I see my Sparks balance?
In your account, and in the Silver Vault higher up this page once you are signed in.
Do my Sparks expire?
Your Sparks stay in your account for as long as your account is open.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are set by everything you have ever spent with us. Cross the lifetime spend shown in Member Perks and you move up automatically. There is nothing to claim.
What happens to my Sparks if I return something?
Sparks earned on a returned item come back off your balance when the refund is processed.
Can I use Sparks and a discount code together?
Spending Sparks gives you a discount code, so it follows the same stacking rules as any other code at checkout.
How do I leave the Circle?
Contact us and we will close your membership. Any Sparks you have not spent are removed at that point.
