    As of now we only ship to the US, You need to mail us to info@lecalla.in for placing an international order. 

5. What is the estimated delivery time?

    Usually 3 working days, but it can go up to 5 working days.

6. How safe is my product?

    Your product is very safe, we have a safe and secure, tamper proof packaging for our products.

7. Is transit insurance provided?

    Yes, Product is insured against any damage or loss in transit.

8. Is gift wrapping available?

    Yes we provide gift wrapping, Please mention this in the special instruction in Cart Page.

9. Will the courier guy call me before delivery?

    No, currently not, you will receive a sms for out for delivery. You can also track it here with the Tracking Number that has been emailed to you

    Yes, 1% for silver jewelry.

4. Can i get my ring bought from LeCalla resized?

    Yes, you can return the ring and we will ship the ring of your size if it is in stock, if not in stock we will give u a credit note and you can use it to buy any other item of your choice

5. If something is sold out, what should i do?

    Please put that into your wish list, we will try to get it for you as soon as possible.

6. Do you offer customized/bespoke jewelry?
