Jewellery Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

 

How to Initiate a Return

If you experience any issue with your product, you can email us or contact our customer care team. We will respond within 24–48 hours to assist you.

 

To return a product, the following conditions must be met:

- The product must be returned in its original packaging.

- The product must be unused and unworn.

- The original invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase must be provided.

 

Refunds & Replacements

- Refunds or replacements typically take 10–15 working days to process after the returned item is received and inspected.

- Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.

 

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

- Personalized or engraved coins

- Customized jewellery items

These products are specially made on order and cannot be resold; hence they are non-returnable.
