We generally ship out all our online orders within 24-48 working hours (excluding sundays and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via automated text message with details of shipping partner and tracking ID.

Please note that the above condition does not apply to personalised orders, which take 4-5 working days to be shipped from our side.

It might take us upto 24-48 working hours to dispatch your order, once the order is confirmed. Once your order gets dispatched from our warehouse, most of the deliveries are completed within 5-7 working days (depending on your location).

Do TrueSilver jewellery products have a warranty?

Our jewellery products come with a lifetime warranty. While we provide the best quality plating in the industry it is possible that, on rare occasions, the plating might wear off. To extend the life of the plating, we recommend that you follow the care instructions. However, even after following jewellery care instructions, in case you still face issues with plating, you can opt for the TrueSilver Lifetime Plating Warranty Service .

Please note that the warranty does not cover cases of damage, theft, or any physical damage incurred on account of use. Any manufacturing defects are covered under the 30-day return policy and should be informed within the return window. Physical damage beyond the 30 day return window will not be covered under the warranty.


When and how can I claim the Warranty?

You can claim a warranty under our 6-month limited warranty if you face any plating-related or manufacturing issues with the product within a span of 6 months from the product delivery.


Is warranty applicable to personalized jewellery orders?

Yes, we provide warranty policy on personalized jewellery orders. In case of plating fading away, we will help you with replacement of the jewellery piece.
