I ordered a silver earring for the first time from a online website, I was hesitant initially of the issues associated with online fraud, but truesilver was above my expectations. Design is exactly the same as shown in the above image with a BIS hallmark, purity number and a authenticity certificate. Plus, they provided me with an extra pair of screw backs which is not silver I guess, but the other pair is true silver with the purity number. Happy with the product.
